Hailing originally from Prattville, AL, Brian's journey led him to Pensacola, FL, where he established a home for his beloved family—his wife Shelly and their children, Brandon, Josh, and Nate.

 During his daily commutes, Brian finds solace in the tranquility of a quiet drive, allowing him to gather his thoughts and set the tone for the day ahead in the morning, and unwind and reflect in the evening.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Brian's heart lies in creating lasting memories with his family. His free time is devoted to enjoying shared experiences, fostering the strong bonds that define his life's greatest joys.

Meet Clint, one of the owners who embarked on this journey alongside Brian almost two decades ago, remains astonished at how far they've come and feels as though they're only just beginning. Reveling in the company's growth, Clint's enthusiasm for PMF is fueled by his profound appreciation for the exceptional team they've cultivated. The collaborative atmosphere, problem-solving ethos, and collective dedication to customers are what he values most, continually invigorating his excitement for the company's trajectory.

Clint's day is instantly uplifted by an encouraging word, and perhaps a Diet Coke to top it off. A snapshot of his background reveals a childhood influenced by a basketball coach and a music teacher parent, leading him to attain a biology degree from Samford University. His college years also introduced him to his life partner, with whom he's celebrated 32 years of marriage and raised three beloved daughters. With a career rooted in the medical sales and pharmaceutical sector, Clint's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found PMF in 2005, marking a significant chapter in his journey.

A lesser-known fact about Clint is his past experience as a garbage man in his youth. During his commutes, music and podcasts on leadership and personal development keep him engaged and inspired. In his leisure hours, Clint can be found tending to his farm, cutting grass on his trusty John Deere, and relishing the simple pleasures of the outdoors with a cold refreshment in hand.

Meet Logan, she has been a dedicated member of PMF for almost a decade, where her passion lies in devising imaginative strategies to connect with people and effectively communicate PMF's impactful mission. 

An Auburn graduate, her life took a serendipitous turn when she met her husband while tailgating. Together, they've built a remarkable life and contribute actively to their local Mardi Gras krewe, fostering community engagement.

Her daily commutes are filled with podcasts, expanding her knowledge and horizons. During leisure time, she and her husband embrace seasonal activities like lakeside retreats, football games, tailgates, and Mardi Gras celebrations. Amidst these endeavors, she finds joy in unwinding through video games, a cherished activity she shares with her husband to relax and strengthen their bond.

Meet Loria, a warm and approachable individual who has been an invaluable asset at PMF for 5 years. She finds immense joy in her work, especially when directly engaging with customers and providing solutions to their needs and concerns.

A laid-back personality, Loria is passionate about her family and work, finding fulfillment in both aspects of her life. Few people know that she has a hidden talent for singing, which adds to her diverse range of interests. When it comes to music she enjoys, its upbeat or line songs get her dancing, and her daily commute is accompanied by praise and worship music that sets a positive tone for her day.

Meet Erin, a dedicated and compassionate individual who has been working at PMF for the past 7 years. As a valued member of the PMF team, she has built strong relationships with the families they serve, making a significant impact on their lives. Erin's passion for her work stems from the close bonds and connections she has formed with the families over the years. Providing them with support and assistance is a source of great honor for her, and she takes pride in making their lives easier.

Beyond her professional life, Erin is married and takes great pride in being a devoted mother to her two beautiful boys. Spending quality time with her children and their two adorable kittens fills her heart with  joy. When she's not busy with work or family, Erin indulges in her favorite hobbies, which includes kickboxing, staying up to date with the latest court cases, and enjoying music. There's nothing she enjoys more than sipping her favorite coffee while immersing herself in her favorite tunes.

Meet Stephanie, a dedicated and caring individual who has been an integral part of PMF for 5 years and 5 months. The best part of her job is building connections with the families she serves. Christmas holds a special place in her heart as her favorite holiday.

Stephanie's day instantly brightens when she thinks of her son, who brings immense joy to her life.  A devoted mother, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves attending sporting events with her son, creating special memories together. With her caring nature and love for her family, Stephanie exudes warmth and dedication in both her personal and professional life.

Meet Leslie, one of the newest members of our team! She is a music enthusiast who knows the power of a good song to instantly brighten her day. She leads a fulfilling life, married and proud mother of two grown boys. Leslie is a person of many talents and interests, and one intriguing fact few people know about her adds to her mysterious charm.

During her daily commute to and from work, Leslie enjoys immersing herself in captivating podcasts or turning up the volume on her favorite music. In her free time, Leslie prefers to stay productive and engaged with projects around her home. Whether it's tackling DIY tasks or nurturing her garden, she finds satisfaction in creating and improving her living space.

Meet Ashley, one of our newest team members, she is a valued addition, bringing her expertise to daily interactions with customers, and playing a pivotal role in ensuring their orders are met seamlessly. Few know that she is a twin, with her and her brother being just one minute apart in birth

During her free time, she is a sucker for historical fiction and nonfiction, Ashley finds solace in reading during her free time, particularly drawn to stories revolving around Henry VIII and his six wives. She also loves listening to music during her commute and looks forward to getting to pick up her little boy after work.

Meet Adam, a dedicated member of PMF for the past 7 years. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to his role, he finds joy in contributing to the team's success. The camaraderie he shares with his colleagues adds to his positive experience at PMF. He thrives on the bustling atmosphere and takes pride in his role as an integral part of the organization. This sense of fulfillment from a productive day's work brightens his mood and fuels his motivation.

Outside of work, Adam keeps life simple and down-to-earth often finding joy tending to his yard, cultivating it into a beautiful space. Alongside this, he occasionally engages in strategic matches of chess and he's embarked on a journey to master the card game Cribbage.

Raised primarily in Phenix City, AL, he is a devoted family man, being happily married and a proud parent of two children. A lesser-known fact about Adam is his unexpected change in musical preferences. Despite a lifelong aversion to country music, he now finds himself drawn to classic country tunes, showcasing his willingness to embrace new experiences.
